Our Services

We believe that our search process is what makes us a successful search firm. Our twenty-five years of experience has allowed us to develop an efficient system that brings the best talent to our clients.

We offer several fee structures which include:

Contingency: You pay us nothing unless you choose to hire our person

Retained: If your search requires a recruiter to dedicate the majority of their time to your search we will ask for a retainer. The retainer allows us to work on your job order almost exclusively.

A clear understanding of our services is established prior to the commencement of the search.

Our Process

1. Determine Client Requirements
A complete needs analysis that includes job description, essential functions of the position, candidate skills requirements, company culture, interview process, timeline for hiring and benefits offered.

2. Candidate Search
Target sources and identify candidates. Targets include networking with our Nationwide Network of Recruiters, industry contacts, database searches and sourcing calls.

Identify, and pre-screen the best candidates based upon the requirements that the client has provided.

Assess the candidate’s motivation, work history, salary requirements, skills and objectives regarding their career.
3. Present Prescreened Candidates
Once we have determined that the candidate has the skill requirements and career motivation required, we will discuss them with the client. The client then decides who they would like us to further pursue.

Coordinate phone and in person interviews. Prepare the candidate for the interview; de-brief the candidate and client after the interviews. Pre-close the candidate regarding accepting the position if offered.

Identify the final candidates, coordinate the offer and acceptance, prepare the candidate for a counteroffer from their present employer, and establish the start date.
4. Extend Offer
Discuss the offer with the client in order to fully understand the compensation, commission structure, benefits, reporting structure, training, what to expect when the candidate starts the new position. Extend the offer to the candidate and secure acceptance.

5. Negotiate
Any questions regarding the offer and the resignation process.

Secure signed offer letter, and stay in contact throughout the resignation and start date

Follow-up with client and candidate on a regular basis to insure the success of the placement.
