Henry J. Glickel, CPC, CERS has been associated with Sales Recruiters, Inc. since 1995, serving as Recruiter, Manager, and President. He is currently the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employee Retention for "By Appointment Only, Inc. (BAO). In his 15 years in recruiting, Henry has successfully filled over 900 searches in the area of sales, accounting/finance, IT, Human Resources, Client Services, Managers, Vice Presidents, and members of the C-suite and Board of Directors for small and large private companies.

In 2006 Henry was awarded "Most Valuable Player" by the President of BAO, Inc. In 1998, Henry earned the CPC (Certified Placement Consultant) designation from The National Association of Personnel Services. This designation is highly respected within the recruitment industry. In 2009, Henry earned the Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS) designation from the National Association of Personnel Services. The CERS credential, along with the pre-requisite CPC or the Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS), are the only national designations recognized globally by the personnel services and staffing industry. At the time of the designation, Henry was one of only 40 staffing professionals to have the designation.

Henry serves on the Northern New England Association of Personnel Services Board of Directors and is active in his local community through the Chamber of Commerce, NEAPS, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. An acknowledged leader in the industry, Henry has been published several times in Sales and Marketing Executive Report, Selling Magazine's Special Report, Selling Power, Fortune Small Business, Metrowest Daily News and Selling Crossing Magazine.

Jeffrey Traill

Jeffrey Traill joined the SRI Team in November 1999. He is a graduate of Franklin Pierce College where he majored in mass communications with a double minor in advertising and theatre.

In 2000, Jeff received three major awards in our national network, including Rookie of the Year honors and the Zenith award (most ever billed in first year). In addition, Jeff ranked 12th out of more than 1000 recruiters. In 2001, Jeff was ranked 2nd out of approximately 1200 recruiters in this national sales network. Since then, Jeff has consistently ranked as one of the top recruiters in the Sales Recruiting Network. He is the recipient of the "2006 Award of Excellence" and ranked as one of the Top 10 recruiters in the network.

Marilyn Jackson

Marilyn Jackson joined Sales Recruiters, Inc. in January 2003 after consulting with SRI since 1998. Previously, Marilyn was the President of DataStaff Solutions, Inc. since 1998 and was a consultant in Business Management, Staffing Industry Training, and Computer/Database Management. Prior to that, she was the manager of The Key Companies for 10 years, where she specialized in Temporary Staffing, Direct Hire and Computer Training.

Marilyn is a Certified Personnel Counselor (CPC), Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS), Certified Validated Trainer (NAPS), and Certified Human Resource Mediator. She has sat on numerous boards and committees, including several National Search Committees for Fortune 500 Companies, the Worker's Compensation Committee for Independent Insurance, the Seacoast Human Resource Association, and the National Advisory Board for Personnel Certification for the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS).

She has also been on the Board of Directors for both the New Hampshire Association of Temporary Staffing Services and Northern New England Association of Personnel Services (NNEAPS) from 1992 through 2001. In addition to being a Board Member of NNEAPS, she was Vice President of the organization from 1995 to 1997, Certification Chairperson from 1994 to 2001, Ethics Committee Chairperson, By-Laws Chairperson, and President from 1997 to 1998. She has been a National Speaker regarding the Staffing/Recruiting Industry and in 1998, she was the recipient of the Paul Woodbury Award representing outstanding service to the Personnel Industry.
